David Peter Ciagne – Co-Founder
David brings a deeply personal perspective to Regimen through firsthand experience supporting family members with Alzheimer’s disease. This experience gives him direct insight into the stress, uncertainty, and emotional burden that caregivers face when managing medications for loved ones. David leads customer discovery, product vision, and caregiver-focused design, ensuring that Regimen is built around real needs rather than assumptions.
Nate Schmelkin – Co-Founder
Nate brings strong technical leadership and engineering problem-solving skills to Regimen. He is the founder and captain of AIM Robotics, one of New York City’s most successful FIRST Tech Challenge teams since 2020, where he led complex hardware and software development efforts. Nate is responsible for Regimen’s technical architecture, prototyping, and sensing systems, translating product requirements into reliable, scalable hardware solutions.
